Hey Guys... I hope you all had a great weekend! I did a little brainstorming over the weekend and decided I wanted to come up with something to do each day. I added a tab if you "click" on the "What's Up Weekly" you will see what I plan on sharing with you each week!
On Monday's I am going to share my weekly menu with you and maybe a little surprise recipe/how to also!
This is a menu planner I made...Super simple..all it is, is a frame from the dollar store, some scrapbook paper and I just typed Bon Appetit on the top and then the days of the week and printed it out and YAY!
It made a super easy menu display that only cost me a buck because I already had the paper! I use a dry erase marker to write what we are having and then I'm all set! I find it so much easier to do this and write it down 'cause if I follow a menu for the week it makes life so much easier! It saves on time at the grocery store and it's a huge plus that I'm not deciding last minute what I need, don't have, and then we just end up eating out.
I have a confession...I like to read recipe books. Ya, like I would the Twilight Books or The Hunger Games series. Is that kinda weird? Am I the only one who does it? I know my Mom does...Love ya Mom! Maybe that's where I get it from! Hey, I have found a few great recipes that have become our family faves. Anyway, I thought that I would do that this week. I got out like 6 of my cookbooks and thumbed through them, found a few that I wanted to try...
Monday: Chicken Aparagus Bake NEW

Wednesday: Cauliflower & Carrot Casserole NEW
Thursday: Panini Sandwiches & Tatertots
Friday: Homemade Chicken Alfredo Pizza
Saturday: Prienjac (like Quiche) & Salad NEW
Sunday: Pork Roast, Carrot, Mushroom, Red Potatoes
